Mr. Nalin Nayyar currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer, Religare Enterprises Limited. He has been with the Religare Group for six years. He was, until recently, Group President – Strategic Initiatives at RHC Holdings Private Limited (RHC), a Promoter Group holding company. Within Religare, he has earlier served as the CEO – Religare Global Asset Management, Corporate Advisor to Fortis Healthcare and Head – Investment Banking for Religare Capital Markets Ltd. Prior to joining Religare in 2010, he has handled varied roles in the financial services industry across the U.S., Europe and Asia. He started his career in investment banking in New York with Citigroup, and relocated to London in 1998, he joined Lehman Brothers in 2000 in London and subsequently moved back to India with Lehman in 2006 as part of the team that developed and grew Lehman’s India business. He returned to Citibank in Mumbai in 2008.
Mr. Anil Saxena as the Group Chief Finance Officer, Religare Enterprises Limited, plays a crucial role in supervising the operations of Group Treasury, Finance, Accounts and Risk functions for the organization. He has been with Religare for more than 15 years and has played a key role in the Group's evolution from a mono-line broking business to a diversified financial services platform. He has over 25 years of post-qualification experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Joining Religare, he has been associated with industry leaders such as Kotak Securities etc. He received a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Institute of the Cost Accountants of India.
Mr. Maninder Singh currently serves as the Chief Business Officer, Religare Enterprises Limited. He holds a B.Com (Hons) degree from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.He has 28 years of experience in the corporate sector. He was associated with Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited for 27 years where he rose to become Global Financial Controller. He has handled several critical global roles and assignments and has successfully managed Treasury, Insurance & Risk Management, Business & Trade Finance, Indirect Taxes, Payroll & Trust services, Financial & Management Accounting, Merger & Acquisitions and Investor Relations functions.He has also served as Director on the Board of various operating subsidiaries / group companies of Ranbaxy.
Mr. Sunil Kumar Garg as the President - Treasury, Religare Enterprises Limited, is responsible for managing the Treasury function at the group level and is also a key member of the group governance framework offering strategic direction to the various underlying portfolio businesses.
He has been with Religare for more than 13 years and has a rich post-qualification experience of more than 23 years in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the St. Xavier's College, Kolkata and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
In his capacity as MD & CEO, Mr. Anuj Gulati was responsible for setting up this business and is consistently working towards making Religare as one the dominant players in the Indian Health Insurance industry. He has been with Religare for more than 6 years now and prior to that was with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, as the Director for Services and Business Development. Previously, he has also been an entrepreneur and started his career as a financial analyst with Procter & Gamble India Ltd.
Mr. Gautam Trivedi has over 20 years of experience in the financial services and capital markets domain. In his current role as the CEO, Religare Capital Markets (India), he oversees institutional equity sales, research and investment banking. Prior to his role at Religare he was associated with Goldman Sachs for more than 7 years. He was MD and Head of Sales in India and a member of the Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs India Private Limited. He had also served as Executive Director, Asian Equity Sales in Hong Kong. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was Vice President, Corporate Finance for Reliance Industries in Mumbai. Gautam has also worked with large global financial services organizations such as Merrill Lynch, CLSA and Jardine Fleming.
Mr. Kavi Arora manages the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) focused commercial lending business of our NBFC, Religare Finvest Limted. With a commitment to helping realize the dreams of India's entrepreneurs he spearheads the company's vision of partnering with their clients as they grow to new heights.With over 20 years of diverse experience in Banking and Financial Services, Kavi has worked with organizations such as ABN AMRO Bank, GE Capital, Citifinancial and 20th Century Finance, prior to joining Religare.
As the MD & CEO of Religare Securities Limited, Mr. Nitin Jain oversees the entire retail Capital Markets and Commodities businesses. He has been associated with the Religare group for more than 11 years. Prior to his current role, he was the President & Chief Operating Officer for Religare Health Insurance responsible for driving sales, distribution, business development and marketing. Previously he also headed Religare’s Personal Financial Services(PFS) and Portfolio Management(PMS) businesses. Before joining Religare, Nitin also worked in the corporate treasury functions of various large organizations both in India and overseas. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of multi-faceted experience.
Sriram joined Religare Private Wealth (RPW) in April 2010 and carries the responsibility of providing leadership to the Private Wealth business and establishing the platform as a customer-centric, advisory oriented business. Sriram has built the platform from scratch and led the transition of RPW from a joint venture to its current form as a fully integrated unit of the Religare platform with a vibrant Open-architecture product platform and a superior advisory proposition.
Sriram has over 22 years of experience in the Financial Services industry across NBFCs and Banks with stints at GE and ABN AMRO. He has held senior leadership positions in these companies, has managed large and diverse teams across various functions and carries an in-depth understanding of the Financial Services industry across Wealth Management, Loans and Banking products. He has successfully steered businesses from a start-up stage to positions of prominence in each of his previous stints. In his immediate prior assignment, he was the Regional Consumer Banking Head for ABN AMRO Bank (now the Royal Bank of Scotland) for South and East India.
Sriram completed his MBA with an emphasis in Finance prior to which he qualified as a Structural Engineer. Sriram is deeply interested in financial inclusion and has sat on the Board of micro-finance companies advising them on business strategy.
Mr. Sutha Kandiah is Chief Executive Officer of RCM’s International business. Previously, he was at UBS Investment Bank and was the Co-Head for Equity Capital Markets – Asia, Co-Head for Equity Capital Markets – Japan and Head of Singapore / Malaysia Investment Banking. He has over 18 years of industry experience and has lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney.
