All new employees go through a well-structured induction program to help you become familiar with the Company, its history, goals, structure, etc. Periodically you will sit down with your manager and discuss your performance to date, your objectives for the coming period and your training or developmental opportunities. Religare has instituted the “Religare Academy” which institues and drives the entire employee development agenda.

If Im unsuccessful in a position, can I apply for other positions?

All applications for roles are stored in our candidate database for review by our Recruitment team. Although you have been unsuccessful on this occasion we may continue to consider you for vacant positions as and when they get created. It is always helpful to ensure we have the most up to date information when considering your application, so please periodically update your personal profile (login in via the Candidate Registration link on the Careers homepage).

You are also more than welcome to proactively apply for any vacant roles advertised on our website or in other media at any time.

How do I update my personal profile or resume?

To update your personal profile or resume, please complete the following:

  • Enter your existing user name and password
  • Select the option to view My History
  • Select ‘Change Application’ and edit personal information or upload a new resume
  • Select Save to save the information.
